Overview

The Production Support Analyst serves as the primary conduit and filter between Customer Operations, Engineering, DevOps, and Product. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, resolving errors, and creating and maintain documentation for internal reporting across all levels of the organization. Experience in working in production environment directly with internal stakeholders, integrated technology partners, and customers on a tight deadline is mandatory.

Major Duties & Responsibilities
  • Effectively identify and resolve troubleshooting issues acting quickly and communicating efficiently to resolve or escalate, as necessary.
  • Assist with creating and revising accurate technical documentation including, weekly reports, business production performances, release notes for upgrades, troubleshooting guides, and product issues.
  • Actively participate in all stages of product development processes, assisting with designing, building, and testing.
  • Assist with creating useful tools to automate key processes or platforms that improve internal business operations and improve customer relationships.
  • Assist internal and external customers in utilizing business products and resources through meetings, phone calls, emails, live messaging chats and person-to-person videos.
Skills, Experience, & Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ year experience in a Technical Support role, IT Help Desk, or similar role.
  • Excellent trouble shooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn and develop a detailed understanding of Salucro products and technologies connected to it.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service working with internal and external customers and across all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to clearly communicate and document technical information to a non-technical audience.
  • Must have strong multi-tasking skills handling multiple customers and technical issues and maintaining constant communication while effectively prioritizing responsibilities.
