Overview

The Senior Implementation Analyst is primarily responsible for driving new system implementations and upgrades for new and existing Salucro clients. The Analyst will be a detail-oriented individual with the ability to manage and implement multiple projects for our healthcare provider customers.

Major Duties & Responsibilities
  • Partner with the project management team on implementations for Salucro clients to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
  • Responsible for collecting and analyzing data and software testing before program deployment.
  • Provide technical support to the project team and manage project risks.
  • Consult with customers to understand their business processes and procedures and implement best practices.
  • Partner internally and cross-functionally to bring in the help as needed to keep onboarding processes moving forward. Such as: Finance for testing and funding questions.
  • Update and enhance internal support documents to assist internal and external stakeholders.
  • Complete individual project responsibilities, manage, and motivate team members to complete them according to schedules and standards.
  • Coordinate internal Salucro resources to ensure delivery on commitments.
  • Manage list of open deliverables and issues that are critical to obtaining client signoff to go live.
  • Create transparency when issues, changing needs, or requirements impact project goals.
  • Contribute to ongoing process and product improvement efforts.
  • Administer training and provide instruction to internal team members and external clients on Salucro’s platform.
  • Be a subject matter expert, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
Skills, Experience, & Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a customer facing role, preferably in financial services, payment processing, healthcare, software, or information services with a good understanding of project management, technology and applications.
  • Proven track record of working with customers on deployment, adoption, and short- and long-term projects with a clear record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate efficiently with individuals at all seniority levels.
  • Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage on-time software projects.
  • Ability to influence others without direct authority; skillful negotiator with strong conflict management skills
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to rapidly learn new systems and provide training and support to others.
  • Experience using standard MS Office tools (e.g. MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Visio, etc.).
  • Solution oriented, able to understand a problem at its core and develop long-term and scalable solutions
  • Natural at building trusted relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations to drive successful outcomes.
  • Able to quickly identify issues and triage as necessary, pulling in the right partners to drive to resolution
  • Working knowledge of clinical applications/EHR or patient accounting systems a plus.
  • PMP certification a plus.
